Join us in welcoming Jenny Stentz as Nextech’s new CEO! Jenny brings incredible leadership experience from her 25+ years in the industry. She has held multiple executive leadership roles at her previous company and has a proven track record of success during that time. Jenny holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and earned an MBA in Finance from Tulane University.

Jenny is known for rolling up her sleeves and getting to know the business, customers, and employees.  With profit and loss responsibility for the HVAC business unit in her previous role, Jenny managed over $5 billion in revenue and 12,000 employees.  Even with such a large business, Jenny has consistently prioritized spending time in local offices and fostering relationships with technicians and office personnel.

As Nextech continues to grow rapidly and cements our position as the leader in HVAC/R/CKE and Lighting Services, we are committed to attracting top talent across all levels of the organization as we plan to continue our current growth trajectory.  Jenny’s strategic focus and dedication to operational excellence will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
